He holds a Law Degree from the University of Cádiz (1996).
He holds a Master's Degree in Maritime Law and Business from the Spanish Maritime Institute – ICADE (2000) and is a specialist in “Maritime Insurance and Port Operations” from the University of Navarra – ASIDEM (1999).
Member of the Bar Association of Cadiz (1998) and Madrid since 2002. Member of the Spanish Maritime Law Association, a branch of the International Maritime Committee. Member of the Spanish Association of General Average Adjusters. Member of the International Association of General Average Adjusters. Member of the Spanish Association of Aeronautical and Space Law.
