He holds a degree in Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela (1990).
LLM Master's Degree in Maritime Law from the European Institute of Maritime Studies (1992).
Member of the La Coruña Bar Association since 1991. Member of the Spanish Maritime Law Association, a branch of the International Maritime Committee.
Lecturer and speaker at national conferences. He has published articles, theses, and other contributions in publications and journals specializing in maritime law, transportation, insurance, and civil liability.
