Biography
He holds a Law Degree Cum Laude from the Ibero-American University (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic (2011).
He holds a Master's Degree in Civil Liability and Obligations Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Dominican Republic, with a double degree from the University of Savoie, France (2014), a Master's Degree in Energy and Environmental Law from Tulane University, USA (2015), and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Barna Management School of Business, Dominican Republic (2020).
Member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic (2011). Member of the Board of Directors of the Employers' Confederation of the Dominican Republic and Past President of the Council of Ibero-American Entrepreneurs (CEIB).
He has extensive professional experience in mining and environmental law, complex labor and union matters, mediation, as well as in the area of business law and regulatory matters.
