Biography
Woo Sung Chang Kim is a Spanish lawyer of Korean origin with extensive international experience. He has worked in Madrid, London, Tokyo, and Seoul.
In Tokyo and Seoul, he worked for the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) as Director of the office in Korea, managing technology transfer projects and joint ventures between Spanish and Korean companies. The projects covered a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, software, nuclear power plants, automobiles, etc.
He has practiced law in matters related to international trade, including P&I.
He also has a deep understanding of the business world, having served as CEO of Spanish business groups.
He holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.
